IDENTIFY STRATEGY
Once you have focused on a problem or area that needs improvement and identified some possible solutions, you are ready to create your Action Research Plan. The first step is developing a strategy to address the problem. The strategy should outline the specific activities needed to solve the problem.

To assist you in developing the strategy there are some tools available such as the Think-Pair-Share. To use Think-Pair-Share you will need to work with another Action Research planner.

You begin by listing the problem/problems on the form then each planner should work independently to identify strategies to solve the problems. The co-planners will meet to compare and discuss the alternative solutions. The objective is to jointly develop the best solution to the problem.
